What is THE-BOOKER?

We are a travel concierge service offering our expertise on discounted first, business, premium economy and economy class international flights.

Why isn't my offer discounted?

We do our best to get you the maximum discount available. However, airlines update their prices daily, and there are times we are simply unable to offer a notable discount. Certain routes are more prone to this than others. We will always notify you of the price trends prior to purchasing from us.

Are all flights discountable?

While we usually find availability, especially for flights in the far futures, not all itineraries will be available at the time you contact us. However, we have the tools and the data to predict and monitor future availability and can contact you when there are seats. When seats are available, we encourage you to make a prompt decision due to the limited supply. Being a little flexible with your dates can help guarantee availability. We encourage you to book last minute flights to increase your chances to get a discount.

How do I book with you?

Please fill out our service request form located on get a quote page, we shall revert to you within hours with the best rate available. Please respect that our quoting system is based on the date of your travel. We will serve first clients who have travels in the near future. Once we have sent you all options we will request you to make your choice promptly so we can guarantee the price we quoted you. Once you have paid for the ticket we shall issue your flight ticket within 24-48 hours depending on the airline and travel route.

Why can't I book my ticket online myself?

The reason we’re able to provide such discounts is because we are not an automated OTA. The process we use to find flights is customized for every one of our clients based on the details of their travel request. The easiest way for us to find exactly what you need is to speak with you on the phone or via chat about your request. This guarantees that you’ll have flight options as soon as possible. Please start by filling out our request a quote form.

Where do you operate?

The-Booker is based in Burbank California USA from where you will receive all invoices and tickets. Our concierge and booking team are scattered around Europe, the Middle East, North America & Oceania. 

How do I pay for my ticket?

We accept a variety of payment methods including all major credit cards, bank transfer and bitcoins.

Why is my ticket on hold?

Whilst paying with a credit card for your ticket our finance team might need to verify your identity and payment method prior to releasing the ticket to you. You can avoid this inconvenience by paying with another payment method listed above.

How can you receive such discounts?

The-Booker has a team of agents buying tickets from platforms and or mileage discounters. All tickets issued through us are not eligible for mileage redemption and might have limited benefits provided by the airlines as they are discounted.

I need to make changes to my ticket, who can help me?

Our agents operate 24/7 every day of the week, they will be ready to assit you with every change required for your booking. The Booker does not always charge a change fee, whilst booking ask your agent who will let you know the charges. Additionally you might have to pay the airline's fees and taxes, our agent will let you know at the time of booking/ rebooking. Please be aware that the same rate might not be applicable to the date you would like to reschedule to. Our team will therefore record your wishes and we shall revert to you with an email shortly after with all possible options and costs.

I need to cancel my flight, will I be refunded?

Our flights offered are non refundable, but we understand your need to sometimes cancel your plans and therefore offer you on all First and Business Class flights a full value voucher you can use in the future with us. All Premium Economy and Economy tickets are not refundable at all, but our concierge might be able to find someone else to transfer the ticket too; ask your travel concierge and we might be able to assist. I need additional tickets on the same flight, can you help me?

We cannot guarantee the availability at the same prices for each seat. Therefore you might encounter a difference in price, but our concierge will be happy to assist you with anything booking related.
