The Booker issues non refundable discounts tickets, and therefore only offers a refund in exceptional cases. Covid-19 refund related matters are found on the Covid-19 Page. The Booker reserves itself a period of up to 180 days to refund you.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
You were refused to fly by the airline because of a mistake which happened on The Booker’s end.
The airline did not fly you in the booking class which you paid for.
If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. In case you request a refund due to another reason, please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that any additional services, rebooking fees, fare change or taxes are non-refundable as airlines don’t refund such charges.
